Took in Pandora bracelet with solid 14k Fully hallmarked clasp and got offered £7.50 and told Pandora sell 14k that’s not really gold and my piece was only stamped not hallmarked . See attached photo of FULL UK HALLMARK When pointed this out the spotty teenager behind the counter ups his offer to £10 . Moral of the story this shop is a bunch of spotty prats that don’t know anything about the business they’re in or even worse are genuinely trying to rip people off ( bracelet scraps for 90 )

please avoid I took a coin in the European lady in their there has no idea what she doing I went there to Get a loan she didn't know the difference in caret of gold try say it was not real a just by glancing at so I told her does she Evan what she's talking about the she said let me test it proceeded to to scatch test she done for over 10 minutes heavily damage my limited edition coin then came back and said I don't feel like giving you a loan asked about gold she said she couldn't confirm went across street to hand t gave md a loan within 5 minutes no issue avoid this horrible shop useless staff damaged my property been over 3 months but when I see my coin I see the marks
