I thought I’d buy myself a new tablet today and picked out the perfect tablet for myself and asked to see it but when I said I want to buy it the person showing me it said “Oh this is not for buying” even thought it was in the display case they refused to sell me it because they weren’t selling it. He then accused me of trying to rob the tablet because I asked to hold it and inspect it. I also think the staff need better hygiene or put some air fresheners on the shop floor as it stunk

As I walked in to the store I got an odd smell of body sweat, the staff in the shop are impolite and don’t look like they know what they are even doing. Overall this shop is not worth even spending any money in because after you buy a product it breaks in a week and they won’t even replace it or refund you!!! Do not go to this store!!! Go to the cash converters near the cockhedge Asda instead !!!!

It was a great experience ad I just went in to browse and have a good luck at the various laptops for sale but none where catching my eye, but there was an assistant ready to try and help, but Me not requiring the nhelp due to me used to being a user support Technician so the assistant was feeling redundant lol 😀. Never mind better luck next time but atleast the staff are friendly and helpful though.

Returned a faulty mobile phone (overheating) after a little over a month of use.

Upon returning to the shop I was advised by staff of a no-cash refunds policy and in-store credit-only can be given, this was despite a member of staff evidencing the overheating faulty handset. This "refund policy" is no where to be displayed in the shop for customers to see.
Within my rights I requested a full cash refund.

After refusing the "in-store credit" offer and again requesting a full cash refund, I was then given the "option" for them to "buy back" the handset for a third less of the purchase price!!! A complete insult.

Again, I requested a full cash refund which was refused.

After two phones calls by staff to their superior, I was given the ultimatum of; 1) take the in-store credit, 2) take the "buy back" offer which was essentially a partial refund or 3) make a complaint online and wait for a response.

Stating my consumer rights, and that the device was faulty (evidenced by a member of staff) I made them aware I was not leaving the shop without the full cash refund I was entitled to.

One final call by the manager to his greedy, disrespectful and outright fraudulent superior (apparently the franchise owner) and after an hour of my own time, they conceeded and gave a full cash refund.

The stress and pressure this clearly caused the members of staff in having to play piggy in the middle and try to refuse me the cash refund all on the orders of their boss, was a complete disregard by the owners of the staff members mental health and for that he/she, the greedy, uncaring, disrespectful person that they are, should be ashamed of themselves.

No members of staff should be exposed to such disgraceful behaviour by the owners who hide on the other end of telephone.

Avoid purchasing anything from this company, it's a complete fraud who are getting away with breaching the consumer rights of the most vulnerable poeple in society!

If you use phones/computers/laptops/tablets for work, DO NOT BUY second hand from these guys. Nothing but issues with faulty mobiles, and they are not willing to take any responsibility.

Not only will I be returning my current handset for a full refund, I will also be invoicing you for all time wasted, and any loss of earnings.

If you are looking for honest service, just stay away from this place. They sold me a phone with broken charging slot. I realised after 30 minutes and came back with receipt trying to get explenation and return of the money. They told me that I broke it beacuse I pushed to hard and they got nothing to do with that. All I did was slightly plugging charging cable in. They also claimed it was bought by them on the same day, I think that speeks for itself in case of their focus on quality of products.

Put deposit on a pc monitor, changed my mind and the staff refused to pay me back my deposit, claiming it was a storage fee, i only paid it 2 days prior, staff seems to be conning people lately.
