Bought a mobile that didn't work ( camera ) they basically refused to take it back because I didn't have the receipt but had it on my bank statement even head office said if I can prove it via statement they will take it back but instore wouldn't my mother is on minimum income and refused please double check them buying goods from this scam shop 1 of the guys who tried to help was great but the manager and the other clown was disgraceful

Can't recommend them enough.
I Originally went to the Cash converter shop opposite to take an item for a previously agreed price. When I arrived they denied the phone call and offered a lot less.
I went in Cash Generator opposite and told what had just happened. They immediately matched the original offer without any haggling or awkwardness. Very fast service. And somehow they seem to remember your name too...
The only issue I have across the board is no facilities to pay interest or buy online. Come on guys 21st century.
Still great tho in my books.

Very disappointed with staff attitude and laziness... I came to the shop 5 minutes past 5pm and they refused to serve me... Shop is closing at 17 30 and looks like staff of that shop just can't wait to go home and till is shut at 5.... I wouldn't give 0 star if I could... Lazy staff...

Needed some instant cash on buy back so got offered £100 for tab S2 in mint condition, not as much as I wanted but still OK. Cash converters only offered £60, I know they have to make money but that's taking the piss.

I have just redeemed my ps4+games for £182. After reconnecting it we discovered that it was broken as it would not accept or play any discs. On closer inspection we discovered that the console had been dropped on one of its corners.
Taking it back tomorrow (sat 23/3/19),I will let you know what happens.

Old guy with attitude needs sacking!!

Stood there eating his dinner half of it around his face and the counter!! Refused to serve me and was told to come back after lunch time
