A dishonest shop who do not honour sales.

I placed an order for some games which were priced rather cheap compared to other second hand retailers. The store must have realised the games were underpriced as they have cancelled my order without any explanation given. I called the store to find out why my order was cancelled, only to be told the games were mysteriously "damaged" (a blatant lie, these five games have been around for 20+ years and were fine up to the point of me purchasing them, and only now they're all of a sudden no longer in sellable condition).

No doubt the prices will be increased and they will be relisted on another platform or simply bought by a staff member to sell privately.

Extremely disappointed by this stores underhanded selling practices and would avoid doing any business with them in future.

Phenomenal customer service from Claire and Kate, trying to find a decent xbox 360 all day and the lovely staff here made it their mission to make sure we got one! Thankyou ladies! Will definitely be using again!

Absolute gem of a place. Amazing turn over of items always find something to buy. Staff are very helpful and amazing with their knowledge of products and the customer service is next to none. Highly recommend this place to anyone to find that special something. 10/10.

Returned 2 faulty PS3 joy pads and was expecting a refund but I was charged and my account was debited instead. Its been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the the original refund or the second payment they took from my account which is unacceptable. NEVER again will I shop here. Buyer Beware!

Went in to sell a Samsung phone after waiting ages till they decided to serve someone the woman looked at the phone and said they couldn’t buy it because it wasn’t supported, absolute rubbish if it wasn’t supported why did they have a couple of the same phone in the shop on sale and if it wasn’t supported the software on the phone would not be up to date and if they checked the software status it clearly says software is up to date , excuses to give a cheap price I think , never again in that shop
