Absolutely pointless shop states need quick cash etc went into shop to give my special edition Xbox one worth £100 second hand only for them to offer me £20 on buy back and to sell to them when they have a standard Xbox one on display for £60 total joke

Utterly terrible customer service and for a 2nd hand shop? It is truly overpriced. Csn almost purchase the goods as cheap new.

The rates they give for your 2nd goods is a travesty. Would be one step but can't fault the layout.

Wouldn't recommend anyone buy or sell anything to Cash Generator, absolutely terrible business.
They buy your products for as little as possible, my advice sell privately yourself.
The staff ain't trained correctly to test products they buy, and often buy damaged items that other retailers have refused.
Their warranty is next to useless too, as they will do everything they can to worm their way out of refunding the customer anything.
