Bought a watch which didn’t fit which was fine , so took it to be sized for me and had new battery fitted ,, they also fixed a problem with the dial , but after a hour or so realised it wasn’t working , took it back got refunded but lost £20 on the repair and battery and sizing , was a waste , the battery connect was water damaged , so my concern is was it even checked that it was working

Woman behind counter, told me as soon as I walk in the door, in quite a rude manner, that I'll have to wait or come back later, we are busy!! (There was one other person in shop) then asked me what service I was after? Told her I had some Euro's to sell.
After a short pause, she tells me that that part of the system was down!!
Your not the only shop in town! If you can't be botherd, close your store!!

Check the Internet to see what time these shut and states 6pm turned up after struggling to find it at approx 5.30pm and turns out they shut at 5pm. This needs sorting. I'm beyond annoyed about it. And thtt charge you £5 admin fees no matter how small or big your cheque is along with £1.50 for cashing the cheques I no this as I phones up and asked. But most post office will cash cheques without any fees. Due to this I've wasted petrol. These really need to get their bums into gear and sort the correct times out in the intrenet or the door of their shop. Once again I'm very very unhappy about the situation.
