Never known a company NOT to issue a RECEIPT of purchase on which I bought on 5th August2023,, They refuse to answer emails. ,,very shabby ,, cannot call them ,, too many red flags 🚩
Reported to PayPay and got refund.
Please do not buy from these cowboys

Made a purchase on ebay and item came incorrectly packed. advised them of issue, was assured someone would deal with problem. Weeks later no response from company, been left out of pocket for a incorrect item

Bought a new hand sander from this company in very good faith as needed to redecorate living room at home it blew out on first day of use contacted BPR trading only to be told it was draper's responsibility who in turn told me my contract of purchase is with BPR Trading .. issue still not resolved ... customer after sales with this company needs a lot to be desired...AND STILL NO OFFER OF A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

I had a negative experience with this company, I had bought an item through eBay that was defective and on returning the item it missed the deadline and I lost my money plus the return fee and ended up with nothing. Avoid this company.
