Amazing service, amazing car! What else can I say!

Wow James is a real gem in the market of car sales!! We bought an older grand c4 for my husband’s work. Not only did James mot, service it he also felt the clutch was iffy afterwards so delayed a little on collecting but fitted new clutch there are plenty garages out there wouldn’t have gone that extra mile to make sure car was good for a long time coming. Given my sceptical nature on all car sales we had car checked out with a local lad and it really is fab and will be keeping hubby in work n out of mischief for a good while to come! James doesn’t push and is an honest gem. We will be back there when need the next.

James placed a bid on my car through Motoway all seemed great until he came & offered me a lot less then bid & said there was something wrong with my fan. Crazy how a car salesman does not know when the air con is on the fan will come on. Also told motoway that my clutch was slipping which is completely untrue & because of this I can’t sell my car on their site until checked out by a professional. Which I’m not prepared to pay for as the car is completely fine!! Thanks for nothing!!

What can I say, I arranged to buy a Peugeot Bippa from Blaydon part exchange centre, everything was smooth, good part ex for my old vehicle. Unfortunately, due to no fault at all with them, the Peugeot developed a major fault - now the guys could have just tried to push the deal through but they were honest and up front and offered a refund straight away. I felt so secure with them that I asked them to hold my money in case anything came in similar, unfortunately, nothing came in so a very prompt refund was given. I would definitely deal with Blaydon part exchange centre again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Saw car I liked on Autotrader and rang Blaydon to see if still there, had test drive, given an excellent price for my car, date given when MOT would be done by. First class service would definitely recommend to friends and family could not fault them at all.

Recently bought older Landrover Discovery from James, we are in Aberdeenshire so a bit far away,minor issue noted when home with vehicle, no quibble we put it in to our local garage and was fixed. Really like vehicle and would buy from Blaydon car sales again.
