We went here for 2 nights bed and breakfast. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and looks really nice. The reception staff was professional and friendly. The room was very good with good amenities including robes and a comfy bed. The Spa was very nice with friendly staff. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Some of the decor could do with some updating in the general areas however I would recommend this hotel andbwould come back here if visiting Worcester in the future.

Lovely hotel. Room was a good size and very clean. Staff throughout the hotel friendly and helpful. We had afternoon tea and ate in the hotel in the evening. Both meals were lovely. |Spa facilities were good but hot tub and steam room not working on the first evening. Pool area nice with plenty of seats to relax in. Small sauna, but fine.|Breakfast was buffet style and again very good with nice quality ingredients. |I'm sure we will be returning.

Took my sister for her 40th birthday, we had not visited the spa before. It was absolutely brilliant! We were greeted by Charlotte at the spa reception and she was so accommodating for all of our needs. Fabulous at customer service,and choice of facilities, we would definitely go again. My sister had a treatment with Chloe which she thoroughly enjoyed and felt that it was a very quality treatment with quality products.

At The Bank House for Valentine's dinner. Great atmosphere with music from a grand piano. Sadly could not eat every choice on the menu, there were so many which appealed. What we had were of Michelin standard, wines were excellent, staff attentive without being intrusive .Considering the total standard it was good value for money.

We stayed in a suite which had lots of room and a separate living area but the TV kept turning off so we didn’t really use it. It was a modern and quite corporate style. It was quiet. The bed is really comfy and they provided a free bottle of water and a selection of hot drinks and biscuits. One downside was the shower as the shower head was an awkward angle and if the pressure is too high it flings back and soaks the back wall and floor. |The breakfast is nice and I’d recommend paying the extra £4 for the waffles, which are delicious! We got there an hour before breakfast ended on a Saturday and there wasn’t much choice of pastries left, so it would be good to replenish it. There is a good choice though overall. |The staff are friendly and the spa was nice with lots of seats by the pool. It would be good if the hot tub was with the pool. The relaxation room was cozy. I’d recommend the Drift Away massage and look out for late availability offers with 20% off. There was plenty of parking available. It was about a 15 min drive to the centre of Worcester.

We booked several rooms here for a family wedding. It’s a good hotel and serves a good breakfast. Hotel were able to give us accessible rooms on ground floor for the elderly in our party. Good breakfast. Rooms clean and pleasant staff would stay here again. Only negative is the single occupancy discount of £5 per night seems a little low.

We stopped here for a weekend spa break in October.

The rooms were lovely; comfortable and very clean.

The room service was excellent - the burger was one of the best I've had anywhere.

The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and plenty of choice.

The spa is excellent, great pool, comfortable seating, hot tub, steam room and sauna all fantastic.

Located around 10 minutes from Worcester centre.

Great hotel will stop here again.

Lovely setting, good facilities and a very pleasant experience right up until the point that screaming children were allowed into the spa pool. At that point any beneficial relaxation was ruined. If you're selling a half day spa, please don't wreck it after barely 2 hours!! Very disappointing, all the more so that the staff were not surprised when this was raised with them.
