Exceptional service once again from Justin at BNM. I had some partially refined metal and other oddments processed. Rates are very competitive for his services - shop around and you will always come back to BNM on that front. Communications are great, providing updates as the refining process advances providing reassurance at each step. BNM has always been approachable as a knowledge base too - for anyone interested in any aspects involved in precious metal refining he will certainly have the answer. Whether you are wanting to liquidate all of your precious metals directly or have them toll refined so you can retain the pure metals yourself - go to BNM.

Easy to deal with, tested the gold confirmed the spot price and paid promptly. Would recommend.
