Staffs are very friendly and polite. However, I have recently been extremely disappointed with their service. First of all, I have been sending money with BA for almost 8-9 years and I have got reasonable source of income, they keep asking me for the bank statements and proof of income every single months which I have provided them so many times but they still want my proof of income every single month which is hugely annoying. I work for a large company within central London area but sadly, I still have to provide them a proof of income every single month. I understand it’s the rules and regulations we all have to maintain but it doesn’t mean they have to keep annoying me every month. When I call them to sort the problem out, they always tell me they are busy and they will call me back later. Unfortunately, they never call me back at all which is very frustrating for me. I am leaving BA Exchange to save my time. I will never recommend BA Exchange to anyone even though I have been recommending people for over 5 years.

I been call today 3 times morning afternoon alway manager is busy I don’t understand that’s which is unfortunate unprofessional even I send over them my bank statement as well last year HMRC proof of that’s paying tax even though guys name sayed he’s ask me to ISA bank statement which is metro bank they don’t produce anymore I explain clearly on my bank statement saw Wher is mony come from com on I been with almost 8/10 years I recommended so many people com on ? it’s over mate
