Excellent experience with Dave and Ashton Marine.
I requested quotes from three companies for four ePropulsion engines and batteries.
Two companies sent quotes, Dave didn’t . He telephoned me first to check what the engines were to be used for and on what type of boats. Thanks to his advice I ended up purchasing the perfect configuration of Propulsion engines and batteries for my needs (different from my original requested system).

This was a really great experience. I called Dave late on a Friday as I wanted to fit an electric outboard on my Beneteau 21.7 to replace my clunky petrol outboard which does not have F-N-R. The Beneteau has a high transom and we discussed the situation - it was hard to choose between long and short shaft. Dave provided a short shaft to see whether this would work and after testing it, we decided that actually the long Evo remote would be the better option. There was no quibble about returning the short shaft. Just over a week later I was on the water. The support and advice was really appreciated and although Dave is based in Scotland and the Beneteau is in Gosport, Dave made me feel the distance did not really matter. Thank you very much indeed!

RUDE - absolutely refused to even consider repairing an ePropulsion electric outboard that I didn't buy from him. I was not asking for him to fix it for free. I was willing to pay....what ever it cost. The gentleman was beyond rude.
