Booked money and collection arranged. Called to pick up on advised date (day before our flight) but kiosk was closed with a sign saying not open on these days. Had to call back the next morning on our way to the airport a detour of 75 minutes. On arrival another sign saying back in 30 minutes.. Asda needs to update the web with their actual business hours and not leave unsuspecting customers to their fate.

Arrived and Kendal money exchange closed but no notice to say when someone back etc. waited for ages only to find they haven’t been there all day!!!!
