This store is always messy, many items with wrong price, not sure if they do it in purpose. Rotten items still on display like the one in picture. They must consider health and safety of their customers 👎

There is a coffee shop which also sells food.

It is clean and tidy, and the staff are helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my local ASDA supermarket, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I entered the store, it was evident that customer service was a top priority.

The great service I received started with a friendly greeting from the staff at the entrance. They were more than willing to assist with any questions or directions I needed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Throughout my shopping trip, I noticed that the aisles were clean and well-organized, making it easy to find the items on my list. The store layout was intuitive, and I appreciated the clear signage that helped me navigate.

One of the standout features of this ASDA store was the fantastic range of products available. Whether you're looking for fresh produce, pantry staples, household items, or specialty products, they had it all. The variety was impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed in one place. I particularly appreciated the quality of their fresh produce and the extensive selection of international foods.

What truly made my visit memorable was the staff members' exceptional attitude and willingness to assist customers. The employees were not only knowledgeable about the products but also approachable and ready to lend a helping hand. Their dedication to providing excellent service was evident in every interaction I had.

In conclusion, my visit to my local ASDA supermarket was a delightful experience. The great service, wide range of products, and friendly staff members made it a truly enjoyable shopping trip. I left the store feeling satisfied and with a cart full of high-quality items. Without a doubt, I will be returning to ASDA for my future grocery needs, knowing that I can count on them for a pleasant and convenient shopping experience.

I have been a customer at Asda South Ruislip for almost 4 years. We live locally and it’s one of the most convenient stores for us (although not our favourite - due to its staff). The behaviour and attitude of some of the staffs here have been very unpleasant and there was a period of time we quit Asda ( for almost a year) only because of these behaviours. On the other hand I must say some colleagues are very professional, supportive and pleasant. I believe this is the team leaders or the assistant managers who often are very rude to customers. (On many occasions I felt I must record and post on social media to show how the staff at Asda South Ruislip treat its customers, but thanks to GDPR ). They treat customers as if we are getting the items from the store for free.

We spend our time , money and energy to do shopping and when we see the quality of the products are not upto the expectations, we have the right to return and get refund for it. Today (08.12.23) I been to store to return some rotten avocados that I bought form South Ruislip store , 2 days ago. But the manager on duty ( I heard her name as Sra) was very rude to me and refused to replace and refund saying I didn’t have the receipt. She also showed me that the item was expired yesterday, I asked her to show me the date of expiry on the package, she showed me some figures showing L7 ( who on earth will know this is the expiry date of a product, unless you are associated with retail stores). This lady didn’t even bother to check what was the issue with the product. There was some insects bites which damaged one of the fruits. She shouldn’t have even argued over the receipt or the expiry date , had she had the manners and professionalism to explore the issue further. It was also an insult for me as she was speaking in-front of other customers and her look and attitude was like I was trying to get something for free under her mercy.. RIDICULOUS..

I have many of my friends stopped shopping at Asda due to the bad treatment they get or they evidence from some of the staffs in South Ruislip store. If they do not change the behaviour the company will lose many more loyal customers. After all we don’t have be treated like this by after paying for a product and service. What’s the relevance of Asda’s ‘guarantee 100% customer satisfaction on their product’ ?

Well, what can I say? It was potentially life changing visiting this store. I don’t think I’ve quite experienced and I think like it I’ve been and searched high and low M&S Morrisons Tesco’s. Co-op This place beats them all the others seem to have Lost their way this place you can design your own pizza and watch it cook And I bought a very important suit and a shirt and a black tie Please, everyone don’t go anywhere else and then to top it all I got chatting to Bradley The security agent on site he was amazing couldn’t be more Helpful he should be promoted. I would promote him and then I met the amazing manager called Jatinder he explains the policy of the company and welcome me to visit again And without doubt, I will never go anywhere else ASDA RUISLIP GOD BLESS ASDA

I am giving five stars only because of how Tracy at customer service cared for and helped me with my online collection. On a few occasions, I have gone to collect or return my online order, and the online scanner seemed to be broken or wouldn’t scan my code. I usually approach customer service for help, but the first thing they often say is that they cannot assist without the order number. I have had to explain that on my previous visit, they managed to help using the handheld scanner. After going through all of this, they eventually agree to help me.

On this occasion, the same issue arose: their scanner was broken. I approached the counter, and the lady at the counter told me they couldn't assist without the order number. But Tracy immediately jumped in and said, "No, we can help him." She kindly said, "Wait, darling, I'll get the scanner for you." I really appreciated how she understood the importance of helping someone in need – a true human approach rather than just a worker doing a job.

Absolute star – thank you, Tracy, for your kindness!

It's an ASDA store - nothing stands out. The parking is actually similar to quite a few of their stores. This can be a problem at busier times since they share the space with other businesses. Escalator up, one of which was broken. Well lit, festive ornaments and such. All in all , there is nothing to write home about but I will add that the store was clean when I visited.

Asda offers great prices and a wide variety of groceries. The store is well-stocked, making it easy to find everything you need in one place. Excellent value for quality products!
