I have never experienced such disgusting super market toilet facilities. Both me and my 23yr old son called on New Years eve to get pizza's made up and neither of us could use your toilets and it wasn't just the bad smell when opening the main door. Very shameful indeed....

Staff extremely unhelpful. Extra special Croissants were on offer 2 in a pack for £1.60 or 2 packs (4 croissants) for £2.50. Went in at 10am but no raspberry croissants, so asked a member of staff who abruptly said “they are there at the end”. I pointed out that they weren’t raspberry, so she pointed at the single ones that were unpacked and sitting on a shelf with customers coughing all over them. I pointed out that they were priced at £1 each, making my purchase £4 instead of £2.50. The staff member laughed and shrugged her shoulders before walking away. They were also out of stock on the only other product I had gone in for, so I left and won’t be going back again.

When discharged from hospital at A&E I was directed to ASDA by the doctors because this superstore opens at 6am, but the pharmacy (which is separate) doesn’t open until 8:30am - the label of “pharmacy” needs to be removed from ASDA, and Allied Pharmacy needs to be it’s own separate entity so the doctors don’t make this error again.

It’s not fun to wait 2 hours in agony when you could have stayed at hospital and had IV pain relief.

It's our local store so we come here alot. The shelves are often badly stocked and left messy, plenty of staff chatting in the Isles. but no one tidies or is welcoming to the customers. One shelf stacker just pushed our trolley out the way without even saying a word, all while the opposite isle was littered with loose crisps on the floor.
Also the price on the shelf is not always what's on the till l, so be careful.

Been here since 5am today (it is now 5.38am on Tuesday 24th December). Store not open as advertised and 5am is clearly advertised. Many people waiting for early morning shopping. We got up very early to be here to take advantage of an early shop. Very disappointing and poor customer service by Asda.

Done shopping but wanted a birthday card they were outside till area so had to go round again not good for older man with aching knees.

When i got home realised blue card discount not applied.
Tried to sort out on line , told to return to store , store said i should check my receipt before leaving store.
Check had not checked a bar code after seeing ID and card.
Update feb 2025

Tried delivery order very prompt very polite young man , wrong order sent after specific request put on order .
Order not accepted returned refund requested

Shame, they change policy due you can’t buying lottery card, eler cig, baccy or other etc on before 8am or after 10pm due some people got work early or late. Staff don’t care about that, recommend you to go buying at local shop or Tesco.

Went and decided to get some food, only to find my crisps were stale and my milkshake had already been opened and had a swig from. Absolute joke
