I lost my glasses in the store last week. I didn't expect to get them back. So on my visit today, I spoke with a friendly person at customer service and she knew exactly where they were and handed them back.

Made my day. 15 flavours of awesomeness.

25.06.2023 More modern but smaller than Drayton Road. Didn't try the cafe, will do next time. Not a McDonald's which is nice to see.
Small homeware sections, large fresh fruit and veg, not so many frozen aisles. Toilets upstairs next to cafe.

Great place for daily shopping and daily essentials with affordable prices . Loved Asda daily deals . Excellent place for quick shopping too. Asda offers great deals on all seasonal products as well as during festive products . ASDA daily baking deals are exceptional.It has a big shopping area along with car and bike parking . Located in a nice place and ease to access .
Can say like one stop shopping for all a family needs like groceries ,fruits ,veggies ,meat ,eggs ,milk,textiles ,all households ,garden ,outdoor things ,electric and electronics ,games ,juices ,yogurts ,chocolates ,biscuits , skin care ,hair care , kids needs ,medicines ,mobile phones ,sims ,world foods like Asian groceries including all daily essentials. ASDA also has lovely ,polite ,skilled and helpful staff . ASDA cafe has great food options . It also helps the kids meal 1£ offers during the school holidays and helps the needy and society .I recommend ASDA for your daily and special day shopping too.

My first visit today to an Asda cafe. It was busy, but unfortunately wasn’t a very nice experience. A long wait for food, filthy floor and tables and the food I ordered was not great. I understand it was busy and is a cheaper option to many cafes but definitely didn’t meet the most basic of requirements. The trolleys were stacked high with dirty plates, so then people were leaving them on the tables, but these weren’t getting cleared either. The mess on floors was terrible and again no sign of this being cleaned up. I ordered a chicken, mozzarella and pesto panini with salad. It came with fries and there was a lack of chicken inside. The member of staff pretty much slung it across the table to me too. Overall unpleasant experience and not sure I’ll be back.

Visiting Norwich and needed to stock up a bit, so this was the closest store to us. Did shopping and wanted to use the toilets before leaving, like you do. All toilets near the cafe were closed! Luckily there was a disabled toilet on the next floor down, but very surprised this was the situation, especially on a busy Saturday. The queues to the single disabled toilet were very long too.

However, the cafe upstairs is a total letdown. Jacket potato with beans was the only vegan option and served with absolutely no finesse whatsoever. To top off this disaster of a shopping trip, the toilets are disgusting... please see photo 🤢
My advice would be, have your lunch at Costa on the same site, then do your weekly shop.

Ps... thanks Asda, not!... for replying about the Vegan choices but completely ignoring the comments about your toilets ...

Asda supermarket at Norwich Hall Road is close to City Centre. Allow maximum 4 hours duration of parking. Most of the products prices are lowered than other supermarkets, like Morrisons, Tesco, etc. Asda Cafe is located on upper floor offer pizza, sandwiches and drinks. Take a short break there with spacious sitting area.

Cancelled my order, but the 1* is because no one told the driver and he came all the way to deliver it and of course it wasn't in the van. Now he's probably going to be late going home all because you couldn't fulfill your orders..
