Went in at 10:00 Monday night. Had a query and was told by the self service assistant to go to the till (Audrey) was working on.
On approach Audrey snapped that we have to use the self service, the self service assistant advised her we had a query to which she replied 'well they can wait'. We did wait 15 mins watching the young couple in front uncomfortably loading their shopping on miserable Audrey's belt.
They stated that Audrey is visably upset EVERY week when they request a till for their shopping.
After waiting we were told by Audrey we couldn't be served. That she wasnt there to serve customers. I asked to speak to a manager. Another staff member blamed the manager and cuts, the night manager claimed he didn't understand the tills so couldnt help.
We left our shopping on the belt and picked up what we needed at Tesco. It was £2.60 cheaper and the staff were helpful.
Tesco on Bradford Road is only 4 mins away but world's apart!!!

Today I had trouble with my bank account whilst at the self scan. Can I just say a massive thank you to the staff who were calm and understanding. I managed to sort it out with my bank and pay for my shopping. You helped me massively, giving me time to sort it out and helping me think logically about what steps I needed to take.

I’ve visited this store many times, and am always impressed by the tidy look, and cleanliness of the whole site. Polite staff, well stocked shelves, and plenty of choice.
I’ll always call in if I’m in the area, and I have time. 👍

Morley ASDA: Filled up van at the pump and no paper in the receipt printer. Went in store and got refused a physical copy of a receipt. Told I had to leave my personal details.

Website clearly states go to customer service for your receipt.

Trying to sell your personal details to third party companies and refusing your consumer rights.

Been at Asda tonight and there was an woman that has retired still working there and she was at self check out honestly she is so amazing and friendly my little boy was being a bit hard work while I was at self check out and she was talking to my little boy calming him down and even gave him some chocolate honestly I left with happy tears eyes to find people so caring and loving like that honestly can’t thank her enough x

I used to be very loyal to asda, my weekly shop was always there. Over the last year or so I have had to look elsewhere for my shopping. The number of out of date items on the shelves is ridiculous. The price that is shown is also not the price charged. I use the scanners and every time I scan I have to check the price. 5 items this week in a short shop the prices were charged significantly higher than the price tag. Not sure what's going on but the shop has certainly changed and not for the better. Falling standards

Totally disappointed in Asda i had operation and can not drive or lift any heavy shopping I booked an online dilvery
Paid extra for express. Delivery slot confirmed and money taken. Delivery was supposed to be 10 - 11 am. 2.30 pm I ring to find out where my delivery is to say I'm not getting it as no taxi drive available and to go back on site and book an other deliver slot which has no more slots for today. I tell them to cancel my order and refund me straight away they had taken my payment fast enough to be told my refund will take 7 working days to process. I have to now wait 7 days before I can get my shopping. If I had not called I would not have found out I was not getting my order

2nd time in a week we’ve driven at night, just to find a note on the door saying the store isn’t open. Last week a member of staff told us head office had called the store and told them to shut. Whether that’s true or not? Who knows!… but I have a friend who suffers extreme anxiety and gets a taxi here, in the early hours, that costs her £15 each way. What about your customers like her? Either stick with your 24hr status, or tell your customers in advance that the store isn’t 24hrs anymore. Rubbish. 👎🏻
