Apples were amazing value and outstanding quality, and storage boxes were well organised and great value. Store was much tidier than the chaotic branch in Watford.

Petrol pump did not print my receipt. Took £99 off the bat and apparently the balance will come back into my account 'soon'. Had to go into the store to ask for a receipt, waited more than 10min to get someone to print it. Pathetic service, will never come back.

Well stocked, great parking, security at the front are nice folks, scan & go works well, I've never had to even queue up! Would be five stars if a lot of the general store staff I encountered weren't generally unfriendly/unwelcoming (and this is after visiting several times at different times of day).

I was in this Asda this morning (Friday 7th March) at around 6.20am, all staff were extremely helpful and kind despite it being early hours. There was one exception. I can only assume he was manager that morning as he was in a light coloured button up shirt, as opposed to the asda jackets. As a manager or floor supervisor you would expect him to upkeep the customer service within the store. I walked down an aisle where he was openly shouting at another member of staff and degrading the work they had put in to stock the shelves. The man from what I can see had done them fine and the so called manager was pulling boxes from the shelf in an aggressive manner. The other man tried to stick up for him self and explain and the manager did not want to hear it. I moved onto different sections of the store, to my surprise I could still hear this going on. Not only is this disgraceful behaviour from someone in a leadership role but this created a terrible experience in this store all because of one individual. The lack of care that this was infront of many customers this morning is also shameful. No one should be spoken to like that in a work place, or even at all! Horrible behaviour!

Decent stock, big carpark, most of the staff are friendly enough with the exception of an individual at the self checkout - I couldn't even ask my question before they started lecturing me like a child. I was being friendly and the terrible customer service was uncalled for.

We were at the self scan checkout which was rather busy, Irine seemed to be manning them alone while two other staff just stood in a nearly empty basket checkout where no one needed assisting. Irine got to us as quickly as possible, was very apologetic and polite and even made a little small talk while she was approving our items. A much better experience than usual when you just get a filthy look. The five stars is for Irine and her excellent service. The other staff should learn from her.
