Really poor experience in restaurant this morning at 9.10am.

Waited for several minutes at breakfast counter planning to order as breakfast - 'chef' was busy preparing previous orders, no problem.

Another lady joins the queue behind me. After several minutes of waiting, the lady on the till asks what I'd like. When I say I'm not sure what their breakfast options are, she points me towards a large board just outside the cafe. I go and look, and the lady behind me also does. As I turn back to order, the other customers works quickly past me and the server then takes her order first. Rude by the other customer, but unbelievable from the server. I left!

I also want to point out that the kitchen area is poorly cleaned and looks grimy. The griddle and the deep fat fryer for example have lots of obvious dried on fat and don't look like they've had a proper clean for weeks. The 'chef' temperature probed a hash brown but then didn't wipe down the end of the probe and just left it on a chopping board. Potato may not have a high cross-contamination risk, but have to assume the same happens with other much higher risk products.

I won't be going back here again - very poor!

Disgraceful..... December the 23rd my husband's did a shop of nearly £400.00.
Over stayed the parking allowance.... Buy approximately half an hour..... Few days later received a letter through the post.. for a parking fine for £60:00. Unbelievable...... Considering how busy the Store was and how much shopping was done. Do you think this is fair.?

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the lovely and kind pharmacist who works here. She was incredibly helpful and I'm really grateful. The pharmacist assistant working was also very nice! It made it a very good experience going to see the pharmacy in Asda.

Freezers are mouldy and are not fit for purpose at all. The shelves in the rest of the shop are half full and what’s left in them is always scattered everywhere. The tills at the end of the shop are filled with random stuff that should probably be on the shelves, instead it looks like a poorly organised car boot sale! Everything is extremely dirty, most noticeable around the fruit and veg section. The one positive is that they do a nice pizza at the pizza counter.

I felt discriminated when it was almost closing time in the evening, everyone was rushing in to pick some groceries etc, and the security at the entrance ( a white guy) stopped me saying it was late. Why was he allowing other people and stop me alone, just because of my colour? Yet I was rushing to buy a painkiller. I felt so bad. Racism of 21st century! He was also very rude yet I remained requesting to only pick a paracetamol.

The store is OK. Has most things you will need and has a clothing section. Ive used the click and collect 4 times now and it never has enough staff on. It will be quicker to go in and do your shop yourself.

Had to return my airfryer that had broken but my receipt had completely faded - massive shout out to Pak she was so helpful she looked through so many transactions on all the tills to try and find mine and was able to get me the refund. Thank you!!

Visited Asda Store in Gloucester today to finally solve the refunds from George online orders after 2 months of waiting.
Massive thank you to a lady named Claire from customer service. She was very kind and helpful. Didn't leave my sight until the problem was resolved.
