I would like to say a huge thank you to the managers who went above and beyond to check a lamp and find the right size bulbs for me. It was the last desk lamp on the shelf. The bulbs said oven and didn’t have any others left. The managers tried and tested them for me and to make sure the light was bright enough as my vision isn’t too good at the moment. I was staying a long the road with my son for a couple of days.
Thank you for being so kind and patient with me. It’s much appreciated.

Today we all know it's Christmas and the stores busy. Shopping queued some 6 trolleys awaiting to be served other areas for baskets shopping a large queue awaiting tills. But today after waiting in the queue with my trolley 2 older ladys one younger than me about 65 the other 73 just came up with 2 boxes of biscuits in each of their baskets jumped in front of me. I was shocked and said the queue is behind me I pointed out the basket tills about 10 yards down but they did not want to go and wait but then said to me we won't be long as they have a few things how rude. How do people push in they did not want to stand in a the basket queue just like the rest of other shoppers. I allowed them in but I did say how rude they where its about firstly to ask if it was OK not to jump the queue instead of just walking up to the queue and pushing in. I feel supermarkets should put notices on tills trolley shopping only and tills for baskets this would stop all this rudeness. I am 68 years don't look it or feel it but I feel rudeness comes from older people and not younger people. One of these women did not turn around and say thank you how rude. Times I allow those with a few things to go in front of me but these 2 just had no manners and barged in would not queue like the rest of us and I had to tell these 2 women don't come in to a supermarkets if you don't expect or want to queue like the rest of have too. Asda you need to have tills set up for baskets and tills. Taking trolleys should not serve people with baskets it would stop this. To the 2 women at asda today you earnt the badge for rudeness

The store is quite large and very well laid out and some very good price's, but the ladies toilets were shut off and all the females were using the mother and baby's toilets and my wife said that they were in a very bad condition.

The toilets always stink. The sealant around the base of the toilet is so rotten. They are always leaking. They clearly never get cleaned. Got a lovely surprise today when I walked into the cubicle.

This review is of the ASDA app. It has recently been updated and is now frustrating to use. Many items are flagged as unavailable now, more so than before. Yet if left on the order some are actually delivered. If the item is truly unavailable then we can choose something else. If we think it is in fact available and leave it but it doesn't turn up we are left with nothing. This really needs addressing.

Also we get a lot of irrelevant sponsored items amongst my shopping favourites. We would never buy most of these. The favourites has been corrupted

I never enjoy going to this shop. It’s quite stressful for some reason, and I always come out feeling in a bad mood. But I go sometimes because it’s opposite Aldi and has a few things Aldi doesn’t.
Canterbury is rubbish for supermarkets. The only one really worth going to is Waitrose. Sainsbury’s is terrible, and Morrisons even worse.
