I recently purchased a VW Golf from Arnold Clark Leyland dealership and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ruby. I originally went to part exchange my old car for a new one and I come across Ruby which has guided me along the whole process and dealt with everything in a very professional manner. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the car answered all my questions patiently and was very eager to explain to me how part exchanging of another vehicle works. The price was fair and made the buying process very smooth. As i got to spend some time with the car all i can say is that i am very pleased with how practical and economical on fuel the car is. Its very comfortable to drive can also put its power down and handles really well, overall its a fantastic car and in great condition. I was also very impressed with how well maintained Arnold Clark is, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, efficient buying process and to be honest i haven't experienced one negative aspect, everything went perfect. Once again thanks to the excellent service provided by Ruby, she was very patient and helped me find the perfect car at a great price. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Having had a few issues with car dealers lately it was great taking to Aaron earlier today about some vehicle options. Following a 15 minute chat on the phone we arranged to visit the dealership later that day.

We were promptly introduced to Jamie who showed us around the vehicle options and discussed the our requirements. After reviewing a number of vehicles we sat down and discussed numbers. Glad to report Jamie was fantastic and we soon came to an arrangement. Really good service and fantastic work by the team, so a big thank you. Looking forward to our collection date.

I've had a great experience buying from Livinia. We had an issue with the first car (we were originally with a different salesperson who left) and both Livinia and the manager were really helpful in ensuring it was dealt with fairly and quickly. I can't fault them. I had been to an Audi garage previously and they were awful. Very "hard sell" which doesn't work on me. AC have never felt like that at all. Would definitely go back for my partner's next car.

She sorted it all out for me, from trading in my car that i had previously bought from a different branch to helping me reach a payment i knew i could afford so all i had to worry about was when to pick up the car. I also had a great experience with Jordan who helped alongside Ruby when i was struggling to sort my insurance out and both of them were friendly and helped in every way they could would definitely recommend! 🙂

Livinia was amazing. I told her what type of car. Specific specs and my budget. And she got back to me with three options exactly what I was looking for. After deciding which car she shipped it down from Scotland and it came a lot quicker than expected. She got it all looking shiney and was waiting for me to take it in a test run. It was perfect and went home with it that day. Very impressed that she got all my requirements within my budget. This was the smoothest process of buying a car I have done. 10/10 thanks Livinia
