Three times me and my friend attempted to go for a jump. My friend had a 400 pound voucher and I paid my deposit. On the third attempt after traveling for 3 hours for the third time. We were told no jump due to plane fault. They refused to give our money back for voucher and deposit. I understand the weather being an issue but a fault with the plane is not our fault. We spent another 100 pound On travel. So all in all we spent alot of money for nothing. We can not afford to go again this year.
