ACE Money Transfer

Your customer service is very poor and unreliable. Yesterday your representative called me, and he agreed to call me back after five minutes regarding a transaction that kept falling. I waited all afternoon, but he didn't call me back. I tried to call you many times, but all the options I selected said either to go online to send an email. In the end, I gave up. I took my business elsewhere, as I wasted a lot of time waiting around to resolve the issue. I won't be using your service anymore.

Do not try to send money with these guys because I have seen money and then the transaction was canceled, but the money was taken from my account and it’s been 20 days. These guys are keep telling me we are waiting for a partners to response and they haven’t refunded my money back. They are just a scam and please do not waste your time and money with these people. They are scamming you guys.

This so called service is a disgrace. I sent money to be collected by cash in minutes over ten hours ago and all I get is under review. I called twice and there is noone to speak to . I asked for a cancellation of the transaction on the app twice and they are still doing nothing. This is the worst service I've ever had. Deserves zero stars

I have been using this app since i am in France and it has made so much easier for me to financially support my family.i highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for genuine applications for sending money to their loved ones

I have been using this service for years now and it’s the best service with best rates it’s normal to have maintenance issues sometimes It seems like some people have nothing better to do in life but to write absolute rubbish here

Urgent improvements in customer service, system capabilities, and communication are needed. I will explore alternative options until these issues are addressed.

Very bad service, money got deducted from account , transaction didn’t go through ACE , contacted agent and being said funds not received with them. Their services are now down.

Please don't use this, I loss 300euro.tranjection is cancelled somehow,6 days already haven return my money,they r scam the people, need to complain the police station, soon I will complain in police station ( France)
