I went months ago and the experience was perfect.
I’m trying to get money exchanged now and it’s been highly difficult. They offer a different price online and in the shop. On the website they mentioned that for amounts higher than £3000 you must called first, however I just called, right now and they told me to get it online, which I already tried to do, but it didn’t work so…. very messy and complicated.
