Came in for breakfast on the 18/6/25 after a long 2 day hike. The cafe was fab and the food was really nice. Just what I needed. The lady who served me with the short hair (sorry don't know her name) was really friendly. If I'm in Sanquar again I'll definitely be back. 😊

Very nice cafe and a good choice of food. Friendly helpful staff. Upstairs toilets and there is a lift. Parking nearby. We were passing through the village and stumbled across it by accident but very glad we did.

Stopped over with my girlfriend to dry up on the Southern Upland Way. Great coffee and vegan friendly. Talked with some lovely local customizers, one even offered us a stay at hers! Absolutely amazed by this great little café that breathes community.

Wonderful and welcoming cafe. Helpful and personable staff with delicious food on offer. I had what I can honestly say was the best chocolate cake I have ever tasted. This is a must see place if you come to Scotland.
Beautiful town also with quite extraordinary history and surrounds.

Have to mention this little golden nugget. Yvonne, Shona and Lauren went above and beyond in accommodating us with first class snack and coffees. Kept us going all the way down to Richmond. Visited the shop and couldn’t resist the temptation to buy everything! The artworks are absolutely stunning. There are some unique pieces by local artists that are truly worth seeing and buying.
