Hays travel have done it once again. They've found the best holiday for our family to suit all our wants and needs at the best price possible. A very big thank you to Charlotte Stevenson who always goes above and beyond for us , searching tirelessly whilst still smiling ( you deserve a medal 😄) . Walked in, greeted warmly and invited to sit down. We explained to Christopher what we wanted and he found us the perfect holiday! Brilliant service-have no complaints and would recommend!

Checked their Pound /Kuna rate online, rang the Wakefield store and asked if my wife could pick up 350 Kuna the next day. However I hadn't "read the tiny print" and my wife returned with a very inferior deal. Won't use them for currency deals ever again.

Due to the very poor standard of customer care service and attitudes at the Huddersfield branch of Hays travel when booking a cruise.
I made a formal complaint to the Senior Hays Managment team.

My booking was transfered to the Wakefield branch
It was a breath of fresh air all my requests were full filled on time as requested.

Many thanks to Sam and his team.
I can now rest assured our Cruise in October is booked to our satisfaction

Huddersfield loss of my families business
could be Wakefields gain in the future.

Why did you close the Successful Holmfirth Branch which was very popular when it was Thomas Cook owned & managed by Cara and her team.

Booked a holiday here expecting a package deal and the assistant booked it all separatley...not what i asked for and she didnt tell me she had done it that way. And it wasnt cheaper. Will not come here again. Had to show passports for airline to release the tickets then another trip down to collect the tickets . Have used this airline many times before and never had it done this way...normally you book a holiday and everything arrives by email
