Great customer service by Sobha - she helped me with the right currency denominations that I needed and was friendly throughout

Came in to the store to change pounds to euros. Was called over to the desk where I asked do you take Apple Pay, as I didn’t have my card on me, the lady (didn’t get her name) replied yes they do. I then asked if I could get €600 and she asked to see my ID so I started to get it out to show her and she said actually no we can’t accept Apple Pay for that much so I said okay what is the cap for Apple Pay and she very rudely came back to me and said I can’t tell you that, I have to see your ID either way. I did not appreciate being spoken to in this way so decided to take my money elsewhere. As I walked away I could see her and her colleague whispering and staring at me which was actually quite intimidating. I will never use their services again and will advise family and friends not to go there either.
