Web interface is idiot proof, you will be able to use in no time. They treat customers extremely well, one to one account manager will respond and solve any questions and problems almost instantly. Really, really disappointed with Ebury. Service and approach nothing like it used to be. They will automatically shut down FX accounts if they don't see the volumes they are looking for but don't even have the courtesy to let you know. I have had multiple payments received from clients which have been rejected without me even knowing. Totally unreliable. Lots of other much more capable alternatives where the customer is valued.
