A good auction house, the checks on most the cars are very good and correct. The staff are friendly and approachable which makes it a nice place to be.

Any issues are normally resolved quickly and efficiently. Lots of parking for everyone and loads of cars on offer weekly.

I collected a transit 8 seater from the Auction and it had 2 flat tyres so I had to find a auction worker who could help pump up the tyres. Lucky for me I found one and he was able to get the tyres pumped up some what & I was able to goto a local tyre shop a get them fixed. Great Staff! 👍🏻 Thanks 👍🏻😊

Avoid at all cost. 35 years buying and they won’t honour a surecheck warranty claim. Lucky there wasn’t a 0 star as they would have got that. Citizens advise trading standard’s and layer now involved. County court and consumer rights letter being drafted

Corona execuses,so everything is so slow,even with timeslots it is a joke to collect a car.God forbid its winter time and you have to wait,you will get ill because of the cold ,trying to use Covid as an excuse so everybody must suffer....The review is not for Colchester,but for the whole Management of Manheim,IT IS A JOKE,making you wait for a car already 'booked' and paid.....how many days you must book in advance so,when you go to collect THE CAR IS WAITING FOR YOU,NOT THE PERSON WAITING FOR THAT PIECE OF METAL?!?!?!
