Terrible customer service and a lack of any urgency to resolve complaints. Obviously so strapped for finances that they are holding £80 back until they get it from JET2! Really? Customer RELATIONS are awful and the whole organisation has a terrible customer service ethic! So bad I have had to escalate a complaint to the regulators over £80! The whole thing is a sham, shame they took place of Thomas Cook, needless to say our next Caribbean holiday we have just booked with TUI

Hi I use this travel agency my first visit wasn't didn't have good experience with first agent lady but the second time was different agent male called Adam he was friendly and approachable he give me confidence best on friendliness Adam he was so warm to words me and my little girl different from the first lady called Chloe adam was very relaxed so I didn't feel tense adam thank you for treating me as I am valeria

I'm really amazed how long someone has to wait at the counter to change some money? Three times now I have been in& stood there like I was invisible& also my daughter has waited for me too. After twenty minutes I had to leave! At least acknowledge me to say something.

I always book my holidayat Colchester store. I always have dealt with the girls. Today, I paid my balance and dealt with Daniel. He definately didn't let the team down. Polite, friendly, few jokes, good advice and lots of patience with my questions.

I've recently been on the hunt for a holiday and was initially looking by myself comparing holiday package sites and individual airline providers. After speaking to different agencies, I called Hays Travel and spoke to Maddie Brett.

She was amazing and explained to me the benefits of ATOL protection and ways that it could benefit me, particularly with everything going on with COVID-19 at the moment. Maddie presented me with multiple holiday packages for different destinations I had expressed interest in but was in no way pushy when it came to choosing which holiday I wanted.
