Been there 3 times and only once were they able to serve me. There is always some reason why they can’t serve you. This should not be described as a post office. At best a supermarket who occasionally post things

Yesterday I arrived at the post office and it was closed due to tilling up.
The time before that I qued up and then the guy on the counter (morrisons staff member) said he had to go in the back and cash the tills and shut just before I was served making me wait even longer in the que which he didnt really meed to do but obviously could not be bothered dealing with the que for post office services.
Today I went to the post office again to pay a bill I could not pay yesterday due to it closing and again I had to wait whilst the guy who usually runs the proper post office sorted the parcels out down at the proper office with the post men.
The guy that usually runs the post office is lovely and does an amazing job, hes friendly, patient and very professional. But staff are now over stretched and can not provide a good level of customer service. Its hit and miss if there is someone in to serve you in the post office which then turns into a wasted trip.

The staff is Dilesh is great, very helpful. But moving him out of what used to be the post office area and now squashed at the till is really making the experience terrible for customers

Been using this post office over 2 years and the service is exceptionall by Dilesh. Hes very polite and the customer service he provides is outstanding and second to none. Unfortunately they've decided to close the main post office and working behind the tills which makes very unprofessional and also time consuming and no organisation . You could be waiting upto 30-40 minutes just to get served as only 1 counter compared to 2 before . Management need to seriously sort this out as they will be losing alot of customers .

We use the post office on a daily basis for our business. It is convenient as a location, not only that:
Sharon takes the time to talk to us and has got to know us over the years, whilst being efficient and there is rarely a queue when she is working.
We buy things from the shop, which to be honest, we wouldn't go to, if the post office wasn't there. The shop has recently undergone improvement and has a much better range than previously.
