I don't recommend this service in any way, unfortunately. They are extremely irresponsible.

I used them to transfer money to my account 3 times. The first time it was done well, but the second time I had to remind them after 4 days to make the transfer. They had forgotten about it.

The last time was a huge problem for me. Their representative insisted without checking that the money had gone through. She had me send my mother, who works all day, to the bank twice to check. It was only more than a week later, when I realized they had sent me a receipt with the wrong date (from the previous transfer), that I realized they had not transferred my money at all. It was quite an urgent situation and they put me and my family through a lot of stress, while being too arrogant to acknowledge the mistake might have been on their end.

It was a really unsatisfactory experience and I won't use their services again.
