I visited this branch earlier today to purchase some travel money for my holiday. I was served by the manager of the branch, who told me an exchange rate which I was happy with before I completed the transaction. When I arrived home, however, I counted out my money and realised I had not been provided with the correct amount. I queried this with another lady who worked there who was very friendly, and she explained the manager of the branch had added on an additional *optional* extra to my transaction without asking me, causing me to lose a significant percentage of my exchange rate. As a young student who is going on their first big trip, I feel disappointed that the “manager” of the branch saw me as an opportunity to start adding additional fees onto something I was obviously not clued up on to make money. Won’t be going back

Great deals and excellent service always.
I had a couple of issues regarding my holiday in December, but all of it was quickly resolved and always kept up to date with any updates. The manager and all the girls working there are amazing, thank you so much for your lovely service.

I would just like to say the girls at the Hull branch are fantastic. All of them are very friendly and will go out their way to help you.
I would just like to thank Ellie for her help changing my holiday for one next year it has but my mind at rest during this awful situation.

We asked for meet and greet and we did not get it we got sent to a different parking place which was a long way away and we nearly missed our flight but the lady changed it for us thank goodness we never got to get an email to tell those when we we're going to get a transfer home and we still have not had one so I'm not popping

Well done Hays travel especially Shannon, you are very competent and made our visit very nice, didnt know where to go, ended up booking to Mexico, will definitely use again as our visit was dealt with exceptionally.
