I placed an order for Euros online 17/10
Before going to collect 18/10 I checked rate update & discovered this had gone up
I contacted the branch in Crossgates Leeds & was informed if I placed a new order I could get the better rate
Going to collect (within 1 hour) I was delighted they had remembered me phoning & promptly processed my new order
I use your service regularly & am always extremely happy as you are nearly always the best rate (even better than Sainsbury with Nectar)
