We were enjoying a meal in the cafe which was excellent, when one of the staff come past pushing a trolley full of dirty dishes coughed without covering his mouth! We complained to customer services but were not offered a refund or any money back despite not being able to finish our meals. I don't think we will be eating there again.

Best rates but I really wish they had more than one person serving. It can take forever if like us you get stuck behind someone doing a money transfer without sufficient information or requiring multiple currencies. There seems to be enough staff there that would be able to man an extra point.

Why so many checks and questions? It's none of your business where my money come from. And what they should do is check Boris Johnson and Matt Hancock's finance dealings, not my hard earned money from working 12 hours a day!

Didn't go to the Bureau De change but to the restaurant on the same floor.Good selection of cakes and fantastic views over the docks which almost always has various ships in port.
