Ordered and collected on the same day. We have used Eurochange many times with no problems whatsoever. However, on this occasion the branch had run out of Euro's. So, we ended up with the majority of the money in fifty euro notes and even stranger a large bag of coins! Fortunately, there is another branch in the city centre and they kindly changed the majority of the notes into smaller denominations.

I ordered Japanese yen on Euro Exchange website and I paid near 2.5k pounds. They sent me a date and hour to collect. Today I visit the branch to collect but unfortunetly they dont have my order. And I must wait on it another 4 days so I ask about refound. So they cancel my order and inform me that I not pay anny fee for cancelation but I must waiting betwin 4 and 5 days on my money. Tommorow is my flight.
