Could not fault the customer service I recieved from vickie, she really went the extra mile, she matched a quote we found directly from the holiday provider and then put a discount on top of that making our holiday cheaper than going to the actual package provider.

That's not all!
By the time the holiday came around we got a phone call from Vicki telling us it was time to check in. As we live around 20 miles away from the branch, she said "just send the passport info over by email" saving us time and petrol getting to the branch so she could print our boarding passes for us ready for collection.

THATS NOT ALL!
Vicki then went even further to drop off our boarding passes and transfer documents to our home 20 MILES AWAY! I've never experienced such generosity, client relations and fantastic work ethic.
I only wish I was home at the time of delivery to thank her for making the whole process of booking a holiday with Vicki and the Norwich branch stress free and to have someone that actually cares, rather than being just another number in a queue online.

I don't know how else to say thank you other than leave a 5 star review on here.

I will be booking a holiday again and will be booking it with Vicki and the Norwich branch!!

That's what I call a great customer experiance!
We fly out in 2 weeks let's hope the holiday can match the effort put in by the team in Norwich 😀

My partner and myself have just been into our local Norwich branch and we were seen by Cathy Leverett. We wanted to book a Mediterranean Cruise with P&O cruises. Cathy was so very helpful and very informative about our holiday. We both felt so relaxed and made to feel very welcomed. She explained all aspects of our holiday and soon we had booked. All staff in Norwich are a credit to the Hayes Travel brand. We will be booking all our holidays at Hays Travel Norwich from now on. Excellent customer service, well deserved 5 star.

AVOID!!!
No wonder people go online - As soon as you they have your money they’re done with you.
The most unhelpful travel agents we have ever dealt with. They try to wash their hands of the package holiday they sold us and not help at all.

Today 1-6-24 Shall not be spending anything with this company after waiting to be asked what I wanted was then seated to wait was only 3 staff working plus 1 other doing nothing sat for 45 minutes 3 other couples after me left then I’d had enough too found service absolutely appalling needs a customer service overhaul.
