I have never used this branch ( or company) before but following a recommendation from Money Saving Expert for the best rate we ordered. Generally a good service however I tried to collect my travel money about 9.15 and the shop wasn’t open all locked up. I hung around for a further 5/10 minutes but I had to get to work so I had to make a second visit to pick up.

Best rate available online. Easy to order and pay. This was the second time I have used this branch of eurochange in the last 6 months. On both occasions the person who 'served' me was friendly and helpful. To me Customer Service is paramount and the staff here were excellent. No reason to go anywhere else.

The two stars are due to Chloe being nice and helpful but we were not pleased to have myself unable to collect the money on Saturday because my husband had paid but wasn't with me yet today if he had come to collect he would have been refused because the booking was put in my name (so I could collect!) So we had to come together (only another 40 mile round trip) to be told I could have collected on Saturday after all!! This was an extra expense and time out that had not been accounted for.

Have the worse experience with them. My aunt sent me money for my birthday through Western Union from US. Long story short, they refused to give me the money twice blaming WU. Third time I went elsewhere and got my money without a problem, no stupid questions or scanning my ID. The problem was definitely on their side. Never again.
