Proper old school post office. Very helpful staff and very convenient to still have a fully working post office in the village. Cannot recommend this place enough!

East Harling post office is a great little post office. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Obviously they can only charge what every post office would in terms of pricing parcels, letters etc.... they are not Royal Mail or Parcel Force and the prices are dictated to them.

I have used the post office for years and everyone there is great 🙂

Came in to post a parcel to Germany the cheapest they said was Parcel Force Tracked of £50 after the shock of my life I decided against it came back and gave exact measurements and weight on the parcel force online site and Parcel Force Tracked only cost me £23 and drop off at nearest post office so beware!

I have found this post office to be very unfriendly to the point of rudeness ,mainly the post mistress who can’t crack a smile ,say good morning or even basic Please and Thankyou,I drive to other villages rather than use this post office.This post mistress needs to go on a customer care course.I love to give good feedback to those who make an effort to engage with their customers but you’ll be waiting a long time at this post office.

Live in Thetford but use this post office as there is never a queue, and the servers are very helpful. Meets our parcel needs very well
