I am running a business turning over 1m per year and the owner set up Centrip as banking system. I am not impressed at all! Clients cannot pay into my business account, there is no 24h service line, credit cards stop working without a reason, the app shows wrong balances for your cards and now (the reason for me writing this review) I wasn't able to top up my credit cards for 2 days because of technical issues... I understand that there can be technical issues but what really disappointed me is that they simply switched off their help line. When you call the number I usually call, it says that the number is not available. The emergency credit card number also kicks you out when you want to talk to a customer service representative. I suppose, like me, many other clients tried to do the transfers via phone or get help and they were overwhelmed with the enquiries but I don't think this is the way to treat your customers. PS: Did I mention that you pay 0.5% each time you load your credit cards...
