Excellent service, accredited currency exchange with excellent rates. I was purchasing several currencies and even though he didn't have the amount I wanted on hand for BGN, he made a call to another authorised currency exchange, not affiliated with him at all further down Tottenham Court Road and sorted it for me. Their customer service is next to none. Phoned them up before hand because I needed specific amounts in specific notes (something to do with the economy of my visiting country) and they did it straight away.

When collecting the cash, which was USDs -think: worst nightmare in note conditions when it comes to small denominations- I checked all the notes there and asked them to change quite a few because they were either a bit ripped or had other issues, and they did it no questions asked.

This is the second time I exchange currency there, and I’ll keep going for their rates are also pretty good.

Today’s impressions. The most ridiculous service I have ever experienced. Nobody behind counter and nooo …… Euros!!! 500 Euro seems to be behind their ability! And query I can come later on?…0/10. Don’t waste your time!! I was there at 11.07 am. It was this place! I didn’t mistake placed what rude owner’s reply suggest!
