Here is my humble review of IG Trading platform. I'm trading for over a decade and I've tried throughout a few others platforms. I started with IG bout 5 years ago and I'm very satisfied. It's definitely on top of the other platform I've used. I consider that they are very focused on us they are trying to help us as much possible to have winning trades, they are providing a lot of information. Every time I trade with them I feel like home I feel like spending time with my family, I really love them. I'm IG forever. Next time when I will get very drunk I might tattoo myself with an IG forever. 🙂

Very easy to use platform. I'm writing now with regards to my use of the Chat feature to explore a potential investment outside of the standard exchanges, and the customer service experienced. First, I connected with someone immediately after answering a few short chatbot questions. IG staff took time to review my interest and although in this instance the request couldn't be fulfilled, I did think that I was given appropriate support and that the IG staff member cared about fully answering the question raised. I've been with IG for a number of years and am happy to continue to use them.

I've been with them for several weeks now and I have found them to be responsible, friendly and professional.

The platform is so intuitive, responsive and reliable. Clearly laid out in a full yet simple way, it's easy and fun to navigate. Everything is in rapid access menus and categories.

Logging on is fast and sharp. Perfect when you're trading on the move.

I had a hiccup on one of my positions and during my panic, it was readily and professionally dealt with. Customer service members are polite, efficient and know their stuff. I was passed on to a dealer who cooly corrected the error as calm as you like. Relieved and fully satisfied, I thanked him like he was a saviour....Top class!

I sampled a few brokers that seemingly had a good reputation but I was soon let down by slow platforms, poor communication and unreliable systems. I.G are good. They are to be trusted. Try them out, you won't need find another broker, I promise. No nonsense form returns, no measly restrictions, you feel free but protected with margin calls. They want your custom and value you being with them. If you want to be valued and respected as a trader, you'll find it quite homely here. 10/10

Avoid. I sold £14k of shares and I'm still waiting for my money nearly two weeks later because the buyer hasn't paid up yet and I've no idea when they will. I don't know the point of a broker who doesn't ensure the money is available BEFORE they transfer my shares out of my account. I will be closing my account as soon as I'm able. With regard to their response, I've already been in touch and I'm still waiting for them to email me.

I would definitely recommend IG as a broker. Their platforms and charts are excellent, and I can deposit and withdraw funds quickly. I've never had any major problems in over 15 years with them, and any minor issues have been quickly resolved by their excellent Help and Support team.

Currently unhappy, have been being charged $50 a month without realising it, as you have to go looking for transactions on the software, I was being charged for not completing a tax form. There was next to zero effort to notify me, this happened for 9 months, then I saw a $50 monthly transaction I wasn't aware of. Happy to change this review if customer service do the right thing, but as it stands, watch your money with these lot!!

I have only asked for a document or paper work from you guys so that I can make an withdrawl successfully .
Please to make me a document which I have asked for you in the Gmail and in the WhatsApp.
If you cannot make me a document which is required by my country Bank to prove the source of income then my rating will be only one star. I will change my rating from one star to five star only after getting the document which I have asked you guys for

Due to my own errors and stupidity (Not to mention old age): I made a huge mistake this morning and bought three positions instead of one. Having tried to rectify this myself it only got worse and I lost half my platform, so I rang IG technical support and the gentleman who had the unfortunate task of dealing with my problems , was none the less patient and brilliant.
I have been extremely happy with IG, in all the years I have day traded in retirement with them and I would thoroughly reccomend their services to anyone. Thanks again IG and to all a merry Christmas and happy New Year !!!
