Really convenient place to leave your luggage. No hassle & our bags were well cared for. Only issue we had was it doesn't open until 9am and our flight into Heathrow arrived at 6:30am so we had some time to kill before we were able to drop our bags off. Would still highly recommend though.

Have used this place to store luggage a couple of times now, booking through the Bounce app. Solid service - very easy check in and check out process, staff very helpful, good opening hours and so close to Paddington station.

ALWAYS double check exchange rates in the end. We agreed on 1.27, but when I came home, I realized they gave me 1.35, which is more than 6(!) percent worse.

EDIT: I definitely do not confuse you with another exchange, I even used google maps to get there. The money was indeed counted in front of me, but the wrong exchange rate was applied. I unfortunately do not have the receipt, but it is not too hard to divide x by y. I am also 100% sure about the exchange rate we agreed on since it was roughly 2.5% above forex rate, which would have been acceptable.

What might have happened is that I was given the "special" rate for old USD notes, even though I only exchanged brand new notes. I brought both, but when I was told about the much worse exchange rate, I decided to keep the older notes. It seems he then used the exchange rate he last typed into his pocket calculator. I can not tell if it was done on purpose or not, but it was quite an expensive mistake for me.
