Good customer service with efficiency and competitive rates. New company Crosspay has taken over from the previous one as the old company has closed their operations in the UK. All the services remain same, but you need to submit your ID and other documents to re-register.

They used to be very good but from the past few months they are no longer reliable. I used to send money and on the next day my brother got payment in his account, but now each time i send money it takes 5 days to transfer into my brother account, on top of that i have to ring them to remind otherwise they don’t care.

Good customer service with efficiency and competitive rates in fact best rate with minimum charges. CROSSPAY definitely a new name but a trusted brand to be considered. All the services remain same, but just for one time, you need to submit your ID and other documents for registration. Crosspay has a very co-operative and efficient staff.

Would recommend everyone to please make use of it for better rate 🙂

Terrible customer service. They do not care at all. I am calling them the whole day. They pick up and hang up without any word. I have transferred money to their account so they can transfer to Pakistan to my family who is really in need right now. But they do not care at all and they have not send back my money. I am using email because I have to work. That is why I can not walk in to the branch. I do not understand that. I have requested the money transfer before they even open so that they could do that at first in the morning before it gets busy. I understand that they are busy but everyone is busy too.
