Normally a nice friendly place, all our work vehicle s spend hundreds of £ s in here every week.
This week the same member of staff has been utterly rude & unhelpful, apparently you can not have a separate fuel receipt to coffee/confectionery, odd when every other member of staff can give. Think Emma needs some re training 🤔.
And Toilet out of order she said, when actually I seen someone come out..

No problems with the staff very helpful and polite my issue is the lack of pumps working it’s ridiculous 50% of pumps not working for a long time now I spend over £200 a week there on fuel shell you need to sort this

Possibly the worst staff of any service station I’ve ever been in. Shouted at while holding my phone bat the pumps, then continued to be abusive . Won’t be back. Vile staff

It's new and so far so good. The butchers is great with helpful staff. The main cashiers are joyful and helpful especially the lovely foreign lady. Who is also funny and makes me smile.

Normally they have a 24/7 non-stop program ... Today was the second time that at 2 a.m. was closed. Last week at 5 a.m. it was also closed.
