Very insulting offer of around £10 a gram for 18ct gold.
They tried to tell us that is the value, discusting, dishonest thieving scumbags.

Beware taking your Gold items here. The guy offered us £13 a gram for hallmarked 18ct 10g Ring. Thats less than the scrapvalue of 9ct. Obviously we declined but thought it was important to let people know what scam artists they are. Daylight robbery, should be jailed.

Myself and my partner visited today we were both served by different staff , the person that served my partner told him about the currency buy back service for £4.99 the person that served me never mentioned it . Ramsden’s you should make sure all staff are trained with the same standards. Not happy .

Once took a gold Ingot on a chain they told me it wasn't gold?.Took it elsewhere and they gave me £400.

The foreign currency exchange rates shown on their website are nothing like the ones when you go into the shop. Apparently those rates only apply if you order online and pay upfront for collection later. False advertising?
