Easy online ordering system with click and collect. Decent rate offered ( Iceland Krona) but buy back cover essential- without it I’d have lost about 22% of purchase price when returning unspent cash. Lady who served me fabulous ( sorry, didn’t get your name) - friendly, helpful and efficient-and pushed the buy back option.
Only criticism is the kiosk - open to the shopping centre, doesn’t feel private or secure, a small enclosed shop would be a nicer place to handle potentially large amounts of cash andbe a nicer place for staff to work in.
