Excellent service and good prices. Great advice and help given especially from Zoe .Bought my partner a ring which needed re sizing . Done within the week! Zoe and Dave are very friendly. Would use again

I had a click and collect order for US dollars and Michael was who sorted it for me ,I asked if possible for a lot of 1 dollar bills as Americans want a tip literally for anything so Michael e change 5 x 20 dollars into 100 , 1 dollars
So was very helpful he tried to recommend a travel card to which I already did have a Ramsden card then he asked about buying any gold jewellery I have so he was doing his job as expected in a chirpy jovial way and a smile 😃

Just don't go there, rip you off
I bought some 9crt gold 50 pounds what was faulty. I went back for a refund told me can't have refund and offer me 3.50 for it!!!!!
Please avoid this shop

Absolutely awful customer service!!
Been purchasing jewellery from here for a while will be taking my custom elsewhere in future!!
I put money down on an item to be moved to the local store to view it for a staff member to take a liking to it when it comes in and purchase it for themselves an tell you it’s sold when you arrive to view it
