I can rate zero, the boss is bunker head, sad face, talking down on me and I asked why can he not explain what he wants me do first before being angry, he cancelled my return order and asked me to get away, then he right smiled at the next lady to undo his wrong. Using his little power against costumers. Such a sad man

Wouldn’t even give 1 star only that’s not an option.Not surprised by all the other reviews atall.I went in there today and I heard the woman behind the counter whisper something to the other guy regarding me and I’m assuming the incident last time how unprofessional & rude.This place is absolutely shocking from the moment you walk in they are standoffish and rude,the incident last time I was using the post office when my 5 year old autistic daughter wonders off and spots the slushie machine as I’m finishing doing what I’m doing I walk over to where my daughter is and she is upset at this point the staff are putting their hands on my child and moving her telling me she shouldn’t be at the slushie machine she was just trying to pick her Own cup I said I’d appreciate it if you didn’t put your hands on her you can see I’m trying to deal with it she doesn’t understand she’s autistic and because she didn’t like this she refused to serve me and told me to get out the shop I said that’s fine I will leave.A member of the public saw this and also agreed she was in the wrong he went back in and brought my daughter the slushie that she wanted.Just seems like they always waiting for something there’s always a problem.I will be reporting them to the actual post office aswell cos I do believe some of you shouldn’t be working customer facing roles with an attitude like that it stinks & I know if I saw you out and you spoke to me like that things would be different.You might be miserable and unhappy in your own lives doesn’t mean you get to bring others down.

Very rude people, acting like they’re racists…
Both the man and woman have terrible attitudes and disgusting character…
I wonder how both of them can be put on the front desk, they’re always angry at their customers and speak without respect.

The first step to their redemption is not to get a job but to work on themselves first as individuals that value others.
Whenever I go there , they always try to ruin my day, the man especially doesn’t deserve to work with people. Disgusting behaviour 🤮

This post office is terrible! Both the female and the male who serve there ( think are the owners!) have a very bad attitude! There is no hello, thank you etc! They are very rude indeed!
Maybe they need training in the art of customer service! Or get someone else in there to serve!

I ordered a parcel to be collected from this post office. This was my first time using them. Got there while open and was told the young lady who deals with parcels hadn't come to work yet. I was asked to come back. I went back 2 hours later and she had arrived. So apparently I needed to fill a form before I collected my parcel but she did not have the form. She sounded undisturbed, unapologetic, stand offish and rude. I needed to collect the parcel that day but couldn't. Even when I asked why it was different here, as I had used another podt office and I did not need to fill a form, she claimed the other post office probably did not know what they were doing, meanwhile it did seem like she was the one who didn't know what she was doing. Someone else, I later complained to, attested that she had been rude to a customer the day they had gone there. I have decided to leave the parcel with them as I have gone to another store to buy. They can return it when it stays out it's period there.

Very rude and arrogant staff. They have no manners how to treat customers.Both the lady and man insulted me and said get out of here. I will highly recommend they should learn communication skills and etiquettes first then come back to work because they only argue with customers and nothing else.
