Miserable staff, customer service is a big issue, both members of staff need training as both are so rude. I'm surprised anyone uses this post office. I normally use Thorne as they are a lot nicer and friendlier but this was convenient at the time, won't be using again.

Old lady is rude and all ways messing things up all ways chatting to her other colleague and don’t serve you until they done with their conversation shocking service not impressed new staff is needed they clearly don’t like their job and ruining everyone else’s mood because off them the worst

Never going back. They saw the parcel I wanted to send, and they saw the label I sent them via email.

Knowing full well what the parcel looked like, and knowing full well what type of label it was, they waited until after it was printed to tell me that it happened to be the wrong type of label.

The Post Office still wanted money for the label that they printed. I refused, left the label with them, walked out and told them to get stuffed. I’m going to the Thorne one instead.

Two days ago I saw an old lady outside Moorends post office almost in tears because the post office was shut at a time when they were advertised to be open. Now I know these are unprecedented times and a lot of problems with staff being off etc., but this lady apparently had no access to any internet facilities and would not know how to use them anyway (her own words). She needed the post office apparently for money, I presumed her pension.

I have just returned from posting a package which luckily went into the mail box, but again the post office was shut, and a flimsy piece of paper was sellotaped on the door, saying go to their website!

When are you people going to learn that a lot of people do not have computers or any means of accessing them, especially the “older and more vulnerable” generation!

It would be more helpful if the opening hours were posted in the window, every time they changed. It’s a two minute job, and not exactly rocket science!

Wow what a miserable experience and all I did was go for a parcel feel like I've had the life sucked out of me. The owner clearly needs to learn customer service an slap a smile on even if its fake she is so gormless.
Avoid at all costs!

Can honestly say the worst post office experience in over 30 years of using post offices. I’d suggest some customer service training or go into a different job as the member of staff was beyond miserable and not customer focused at all. Would rather drive another 3 miles to the next post office. Won’t be back.

The two ladies in there are always helpful and friendly. Great assortment of items to buy as well. Seasonal items available. This post office is so handy for me with my mobility issues.

Worst post office in the area. The owner is such a Mardy woman. Wouldn't help her to practise a smile once in a while. Go to the one in Thorne or south common. Worth the extra time
